Family Dashboards

Class Dojo is an online platform that allows teachers to assign students values-based points for specific behaviors in class. Families can track student progress towards intrinsic and extrinsic incentives using the app. Any family that has previously been connected to Class Dojo will be rolled into connecting during the 25-26 school year. Families who are new to YES will receive an invitation to join the app directly from their student’s teacher(s).

During the weeks of August 31 and September 7, your child will take a MAP® Growth™ test from NWEA® on a computer or tablet. We give students MAP Growth tests to determine their instructional level and to measure academic growth throughout the school year (and from year to year) in Reading and Mathematics.

Imagine Learning is an adaptive literacy program for Pre K through sixth grade students. Through playing games and completing short lessons, students improve foundational skills, and teachers and administrators receive reports on student progress.

ClassLink is the gateway portal to student applications at YES Prep. It allows students a central access point for all their learning applications and supports student log-ins to make access as easy as the click of a button.

Skyward Family Access is a valuable tool for YES Prep families to stay informed about their student's progress, providing easy access to grades, attendance, schedules, and important announcements. Families can also complete online forms and pay student fees through the platform. Get started by logging in at https://skyward.iscorp.com/YesPrepTXStuSTS and watch the videos below to learn more. If you don't know your password, use the "forgot my password" link, or contact your campus front office for help.

i-Ready is a personalized learning platform that uses assessment data to inform a custom instructional pathway for each student that targets their areas of academic need. The program will supplement instruction in English Language Arts, Spanish Language Arts and Math in both English and Spanish. Through playing games and completing lessons, students improve foundational skills and teachers and administrators receive reports on student progress. Students are free to use the program at home and can log in using their ClassLink badge and selecting the platform of their choice.

Zearn is a supplemental math platform that gives students additional practice with foundational math skills. Each student will be assigned skills by their teacher and can practice at specific points during class or at home using ClassLink as an access point.

Schoology is YES Prep’s Learning Management System. Students will complete assignments and support their learning by interacting with content using the system and can access using ClassLink.

Typing Club supports the development of keyboarding skills by assigning each student a personalized learning experience that explores hand placement, letter recognition and best practices in typing. Students can use the program at home or at school and it is accessible via ClassLink.

IXL is a personalized learning experience that is proven to make a significant positive impact on academic achievement and provides each student with a personalized pathway for growth.

YES Prep uses Schoology as our Learning Management System. Schoology helps us execute our four blended learning models by serving as a place to house activities, resources, and playlists that can be shared with all students or specific students.
